(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that the petitioners have a remedy against the impugned order framing charges against them, by filing a revision petition before an appropriate forum and with regard to the second prayer of the petitioners, the petitioners intend to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court, hence, they be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail an appropriate remedy available with them for the redressal of their grievance as raised in the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
