(ORAL) Ex-facie the instant revision petition is premature, since parallelly an appeal has also been filed against the trial Court order impugned herein, vide which application under Order 11 Rule 14 CPC filed by the tenant (petitioner herein),seeking production of original minutes book/ proceedings book and the original resolution whereby landlord (respondent No.1 herein) was authorized to file the eviction petition, was dismissed. The appeal is slated for hearing and without exhausting the appellate remedy, the petitioner has chosen to file the instant revision petition. On that short ground alone, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.Dismissed. 2.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as not pressed. 4.
