After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. He, however, apprehends that his property may not be put to auction in the meanwhile. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
