**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 603 dated 27.08.2019 registered under Sections 363, 366 IPC at Police Station Shivaji Colony Rohtak, Haryana (Annexure P-1) alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Lady Head Constable Kulwanti, informs that cancellation report has been filed in the present matter and is pending before the learned trial Court, wherein notice has been issued to the complainant/mother of the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the statement of the victim dated 08.01.2021 recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure R-2) attached with the status report dated 10.02.2021 filed by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rohtak on behalf of the respondent-State, wherein she has stated DIVYANSHI 2024.08.09 11:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-42639-2020 (O&M) -2 - that she had left the house on her own sweet will; then she met the petitioner and started living with him; and that she is happy with the petitioner. The victim has further stated that she got married with the petitioner on 02.03.2020 in Ghaziabad with her own sweet will and she wants to live with him.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of as such, at this stage.

Ordered accordingly.
