ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of selection list Annexures P-14 and P-15 made by respondent No.4 for 38 posts of various categories of regular mechanical establishment (Group D) employee. Further prayer has been made to prepare the merit list on the basis of advertisement in rational manner.

The controversy in hand has already been decided by me in CWP No. 25922 of 2016 decided on 22.08.2022 titled "Pardeep Singh v. State of Haryana and others". Reference may be had to the same and it is not being reproduced here for the sake of brevity. 4.

In the premise, the instant writ petition stands disposed of in terms of CWP No. 25922 of 2016.
