Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has reiterated that during the pendency of the instant petition the parties have resolved all their disputes and arrived at an amicable settlement. He has further placed on record the compromise effected between the parties as Annexure P-22. It has also been brought to the notice of this Court that the complaint in question already stands dismissed by the trial Court for want of prosecution vide order dated 12.12.2022 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad. Learned counsel in support has placed on record a photocopy of the said order.
