Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of his being enlarged on regular bail, in case FIR No.06 dated 02.02.2023 (Annexure P-1), under Section 302 of the IPC (Section 201 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Cheema, District Sangrur.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to, at this stage, withdraw the present petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of the trial. 3.

Permission granted.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, however, with liberty (supra).
