ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Written statement on behalf of respondents No. 1 ,2 & 4 has been filed today in the Court, which is taken on record. Copy furnished. Learned State counsel submits that, in fact, vide order dated 21.11.2017, services of the petitioner have since been terminated, and therefore, there was no occasion to grant him salary for the month of December, 2017 and January, 2018, as prayed for in the petition. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition, as the petitioner shall have to question his removal/termination by assailing the order dated 21.11.2017. Disposed of as infructuous.
