(ORAL) Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from ASI Raj Singh, submits that girl stands recovered and she alongwith her father has tendered statement on 13.12.2022 before investigating officer deposing that they do not want to take any action against the private respondent, thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

On being confronted with statement of the girl, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the factual position. In view of statement of counsel for both sides, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
