Mr. Jitender S. Dadwal, Advocate for the petitioner. *** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. The tenant assails the correctness of the judgments passed by the Rent Controller as well as the appellate authority while ordering his ejectment.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel representing the petitioner, after taking instructions from the petitioner, prays for permission to withdraw the revision petition provided that he is granted 6 months time to handover the vacant physical possession of the tenanted premises to the landlord after the expiry of 6 months.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The dispossession of the petitioner from the tenanted premises shall remain stayed for a period of 6 months subject to the following conditions:-
1. The petitioner shall file an undertaking before the Rent

2. The petitioner shall pay the entire arrears of rent, if any, to the landlord within a period of one month from today.
3. The petitioner shall also deposit the rent for the future period within the aforesaid time.
With these observations, the revision petition is disposed of. All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
