Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the pension of petitioners by granting them annual increment in their last year of retirement. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the matter before authorities concerned.
