****** As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel and representative of the respondent-Insurance Company (separately recorded), a sum of 3,90,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Ninety Thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. The enhanced amount be paid to the appellants and their legal heirs as per their respective shares according to amended memo of parties dated 15.11.2021, which was taken on record vide order dated 20.11.2021 passed by this Court.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit crossed-cheques for Rs.3,90,000/- in the names of the appellants and their legal heirs as per their respective shares according to amended memo of parties dated 15.11.2021 with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within four weeks from today, in compliance of this order, failing which, interest @ 9 % per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order.
