***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the present petition is rendered infructuous as prayer was to provide police protection to the petitioner for performing the regular handling labour contract from 17.02.2017 upto 25.10.2017.

Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted. Besides petitioner remains unrepresented. Similar was the situation on the last two dates of hearing.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
