##%& '() By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.252 dated 30.09.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420, 494, and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has wrongly been involved in the present case; that the allegation against the petitioner is that she had arranged the marriage of the complainant with one Preeti, as the earlier wife of the complainant, namely, Kavita Devi, had passed away and that the petitioner has no role to play, as alleged in the present FIR. On the other hand, learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Gyan Singh, has vehemently opposes the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. He submits that though the petitioner was arrested at the spot, yet no recovery was effected from her and that the challan is yet to be presented. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
