***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of notice dated 29.12.2017 (Annexure P7) for the post of Junior Draftsman under the BCA Category, whereby petitioner was not called for interview.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner has already been appointed as Junior Draftsman this petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. However, for rest of grievance he may be allowed to approach the competent authority.

Disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by way of representation, in case of any other grievance. Needless to say, the same shall be looked into in accordance with law.
