(Through Video Conferencing) ***** Mr. Vikas Gulia, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the appellant and filed power of attorney, which is taken on record. Mr. Vikas Gulia, Advocate, for the appellant as well as Mr. Rajbir Singh, Advocate, for the insurance company, have jointly stated that there has been a settlement of the dispute regarding the claim of the claimant and it has been settled that `3,30,000/- (Rs. Three Lakh Thirty Thousand only) will be paid to the claimant, which is over and above the awarded amount, within a period of 4 weeks from today. Both the counsels have stated that since the matter has been settled, the same can be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the settlement made by the parties, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement.

The statements of Mr. Vikas Gulia, Advocate and Mr. Rajbir Singh, Advocate, which have been received by this Court, shall become part of the present order.
