***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Petitioner has moved this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for protecting life and liberty of the petitioner and for directing respondent No.2 to ensure that the petitioner be not harassed at the hands of respondent No.3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide his representation dated 20.10.2021 (Annexure P-1) as per law. Notice of motion.
