1  7/6   The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate direction to quash the show cause notice dated 03.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) qua the land measuring 12 kanal 01 marlas comprising in Khewat No.4059, Khasra No.3031//(12-1) situated in Village Pabra, Tehsil Uklana, District Hisar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.
