(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondents to file a status report in respect of investigation carried out in FIR No.287, dated 11.10.2020, Police Station Bhawanigarh, under Sections 451, 323, 341, 34, 506 IPC and also to inform this Court as to whether an offence under Section 3 of SC/ST Act as well as offence under Section 452 IPC have been added in the FIR or not. I have the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is not disputed that the matter in question is still under investigation.
