(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for setting aside the order dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-8) passed by JMIC, Faridabad, in case arising out of FIR No.297 dated 21.08.2020 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station Kotwali, Faridabad, whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 19.09.2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and deposited an amount of `20,000/-, which in turn was received by the complainant. In support, learned counsel has placed on record a copy of the order dated 12.10.2022.
