Petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.221 dated 26.07.2019 under Sections 406, 420 IPC registered at Police Station Urban Estate, Hisar, District Hisar. Notice of motion was issued on 02.09.2019 and interim order was also passed in favour of the petitioner. Petitioner acknowledged his liability and cheque in a sum of Rs.3,67,000/- was given to the complainant, which on presentation, stood dishonoured for want of sufficient funds. CRM-M No. 36282 of 2019 -2It appears that in the order dated 05.03.2020, there is a typographical error in 5th and 7th line of the order and the word 'to' has already been ordered to be replaced by word 'by' vide order dated 02.08.2021. In 7th line of the order, word 'insufficient' is to be replaced by word 'sufficient'.

The said amount was to be paid towards partial satisfaction to the claim of the complainant. Thereafter, petitioner took time on 02.08.2021 as well as on 12.08.2021. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagdish Kumar submits that the petitioner has not complied with the last orders and even amount of Rs.3,67,000/- has not been paid to the complainant so far. The police has recorded statements of other 45 victims as well.

In view of allegations on record, no indulgence can be granted in favour of the petitioner.

Dismissed.
