(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to take legal action against respondents No.3 to 8, who have illegally demolished the house of the petitioner on 05.06.2025 without any reason.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
