One of the grievance of the petitioner-Society in the instant writ petition is that the Hindu Cooperative Bank-respondent Nos.4 and 5 have preferred a revision petition against the order dated 02.09.2015 passed by Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Pathankot and the said revision petition is not being decided unnecessarily, to the detrimental of the petitioner.

[2] Having regard to the fact that the revision petition filed in November 2016 is alleged to be time-barred and, in any case is pending from last more than one year, we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on merits with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the said revision petition as early as possible and preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
