The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 19.04.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-7984-2023.

This Court had issued the following directions in CWP-79842023, vide its order dated 19.04.2023:- "5.

The said appointed Supervisory Officer of the auction proceedings, shall ensure, that the rules relating to the holding of a public auction, whereby the petition lands are proposed to be leased to the highest bidder, hence are complied with. The above public action shall take place only in respect of those lands which are required to be re-put to lease through a fresh public auction being conducted."
