(Oral) Petitioner is seeking setting aside of order dated 03.12.2020 (P1) passed by respondent No. 3 whereby petitioner has been transferred against the policy (P-2) by giving relaxation to respondent No. 5 Petitioner was appointed as Clerk in the Haryana Education Department on 14.01.1981 and presently, the petitioner is working as Superintendent and posted at DEO, Hisar. On 31.05.2019, the petitioner was transferred from Diet Mattersham to office of DEO, Hisar. But now, vide impugned order dated 03.12.2020, the petitioner was transferred to the office of SCERT, Gurugram Haryana.

Learned State counsel states that even though respondent No. 5 has been given relaxation but the petitioner has been posted in Hissar since 01.12.2017 and thus, has completed three years. In view of the above factual position, no ground is made out to interfere in the order dated 03.12.2020 (P-1). The writ petition is dismissed.
