(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have amicably settled their inter se disputes and the settlement agreement has been recorded on 05.03.2024 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, in Mediation Case No.89 of 2024. He further submits that in view of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties, the prayer made in this petition does not survive and thus prays that same be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement. Learned counsel for the respondent affirms the factum of settlement agreement having been arrived at between the parties and raises no objection to the present petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
