Sandhawalia, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the present appeal has become infructuous as the matter had been remanded to the District Collector by the Commissioner and the order passed to this effect was upheld by the Financial Commissioner (Appeals) in ROA No.15 of 2020 on 26.07.2021 (Annexure P-3). The Civil Writ Petition has also been dismissed. It is, further, submitted that the Collector has, now, taken the fresh decision and respondent No.4-Akashdeep has been appointed as the Numbardar of Village Gurha, Tehsil Nakodar, District Jalandhar. Keeping in view the above, we dispose of the present appeal as having been rendered infructuous.
