AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to grant the benefit of ad-hoc service to the petitioners with all consequential/monetary benefits with interest in view of the relief granted by this Court in decision dated 09.09.2010 passed in bunch of writ petitions and affirmed in LPA No.886 of 2011 on 13.10.2011 and further upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP vide order dated 10.05.2018 (Annexure P-5/A). Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr.R.K.Doon, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the legal notice dated 18.01.2019 (Annexure P-5) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioners.
