The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.0075 dated 27.9.2018 at Police Station Dabua, Faridabad under Sections 147, 149, 323, 452 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged at the instance of Manish Chobey, wherein it has been alleged that on 14.9.2018 when he was present in the premises of 'M/s Shiv Tools Engineering Private Limited', where he is working, then Maya Devi (petitioner) alongwith 30-35 persons entered the company premises and who were carrying sticks and who, while using abusive language, gave beatings to the complainant; to the gateman, Dilshad, Mahender etc. PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.02.03 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and that, in any case, the present case at best is a case of causing simply injury only. 4.

Opposing the petition, the learned State counsel has submitted that since the petitioner is specifically named in the FIR, no case for grant of bail is made out. It has, however, been informed that the petitioner has already joined investigation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and while bearing in mind that the petitioner is a lady and has already joined investigation, her custodial interrogation is not warranted. The petition, as such, is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 2.9.2019 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
