RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 23.04.2019, passed by respondent No.2 (Annexure P-10) whereby the application filed by respondent No.3 for partition under Section 111 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 with respect to land as mentioned in the heading of the impugned order as well as partition applications, Annexures P-7 to P-9, have been allowed at the back of the petitioner-Dera, by initiating ex parte proceedings against the petitionerDera in mysterious manner by arraying deceased person and very surprisingly the partition applications have been decided in undue haste vide consolidated impugned order, Annexure P-10, which is wholly illegal, unjust, unfair, unwarranted, against the principle of natural justice and unconditional and in complete derogation of the provisions of Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to it MEENU 2023.11.23 12:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
