Without going into the merits of the case, it is noticed that the petitioner had earlier moved an application for grant of interim bail on account of his wife's advanced pregnancy. The said application was allowed and the petitioner was released on interim bail for a period of four weeks commencing from 20.11.2025 and ending on 19.12.2025. 4.

It has been apprised that despite the period of interim bail having expired on 19.12.2025, the petitioner has not yet surrendered. It is thus evident that the petitioner has misused the concession of interim bail granted to him and has failed to comply with the order dated 28.10.2025 passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
