(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that amicable settlement has been received between the parties and gives an undertaking that respondent shall withdraw the divorce petition, which is sought to be transferred , before learned Trial Court, on the next date of hearing. In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall bound by the statement, so given by his counsel today.
