***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh before the authorities concerned. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move afresh for grant of parole to the authorities concerned. It is clarified that, in case any fresh application seeking grant of parole is moved by the petitioner or on his behalf, the same shall be examined afresh without being influenced by order dated 11.8.2022 (Annexure P-1). Such application be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of 1 month of filing the same.
