***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Reply by way of short affidavit of Narinder Singh, District Treasury Officer, Sri Muktsar Sahib, on behalf of respondent No.5, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that amount of Rs.1 Crore 50 lacs has been paid to the petitioner and balance amount of Rs.25 lacs shall be released to him within a period of two months. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action survives.
