**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioners herein are aggrieved against the promotion that has been given to persons junior to the petitioners. It is alleged that the petitioners herein are also qualified to be promoted, however, they have been ignored. In fact, the petitioners have represented to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 on the 3rd December, 2016, however, to date the same is pending consideration. At the present moment, a limited prayer is made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that their representation (Annexure P-4) be decided as expeditiously as possible. In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation to respondents Nos.

1 & 2 within a period of two weeks along with the certified copy of this order, who in turn, on receipt of the said representation, are directed to decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. In case, they are found entitled to the relief claimed, then Satyawan 2017.03.
