* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) The respondents state that they have decided to re-consider the petitioner's claim for the allotment of a flat under the Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme, 2006. It is further stated that the petitioner will be afforded a hearing in the first instance on 29.09.2017 at the Estate Office, Sector 17, Chandigarh and thereafter as directed by the officer concerned. 2.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to add that the petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the fresh order in an appeal under Clause 17 of the Small Flats Scheme, 2006.
