After arguing for some time, when the observations of the Bench were not favourable to the petitioner inasmuch as the claim of the petitioner is based on connivance with the landlord, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
