Through the instant petition, prayer is made for quashing of the FIR No.204 dated 24.05.2021 (Annexure P1), under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and, Sections 120-B and 420 of the IPC, 1860, registered at P.S. Pinjore, District Panchkula. 2.

Since this Court has, through drawing an order of even date, upon CRM-M-18804-2023, already quashed the FIR (supra), on the basis of Compromise, therefore, the instant petition becomes infructuous. Consequently, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
