This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (482 Cr.P.C.) for directing the respondent authorities, more particularly the SSP, Ferozepur to ensure filing of final report in FIR No. 275 dated 31.08.2025, registered under Sections 333, 115 (2), 191 (3), 190, 351 (2) and 324 (4) of BNS (452, 323, 148, 149 & 506 of IPC) at Police Station Guruharsahai, Ferozepur within a time-bound period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset submits that for his grievance, he has already submitted an application dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) to the SHO, Police Station Guruharsahai but no action has been taken thereon so far.
