RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order, dated 16.07.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sonipat, vide which charges have been framed against the petitioners. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail any other remedy as available to them under the law. Allowed as prayed for.
