Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had earlier associated with the inquiry proceedings and had been found innocent but despite the same the police is unnecessarily harassing him time and again and is visiting his house. - 2 - CRM-M-42660-2020 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, that in case the petitioner has been found to be innocent and there is nothing on record to establish his complicity in the matter, then he be not unnecessarily harassed and in case he is to be associated with any inquiry proceedings or any information is to be elicited from him, then a prior notice be afforded to him.
