(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondents not to unnecessarily harass him or to implicate him in FIR No.182, dated 17.11.2019, Police Station Division No.6, Jalandhar, under Sections 420, 408, 120-B IPC (Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC added later on).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had earlier associated with the inquiry proceedings and had been found innocent but despite the same the police is unnecessarily harassing him time and again and is visiting his house.
