(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant Ist and 2nd financial upgradation to the petitioner as similarly situated employees have been granted the benefit vide orders dated 12.12.2017 and 13.01.2020, Annexures P-3 and P-6 respectively.

At the outset, learned counsel contends that the petitioner has made various representations to the respondents for grant of the relief claimed, but no appropriate action has been taken so far. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.4 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 17.03.2023 (Annexure P-5). 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated PAYAL 2023.08.29 09:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

2023:PHHC:108948 CWP No.18309 of 2023 [2] 17.03.2023, shall be decided by respondent No.4 expeditiously. 4.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4/Director, School Education, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending representation, dated 17.03.2023, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
