ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing/setting aside the condition of furnishing bank draft for an amount of Rs.3,37,000/- in favour of respondent/complainant imposed vide order dated 06.11.2019 in case bearing CRA/754/2019 titled 'Ashish Pandey Vs. Nathi @ Nathi Ram' and for setting aside orders dated 31.01.2020 and 12.03.2020 vide which bail of the petitioner was cancelled and warrant of arrest and fresh Non-bailable warrants were also issued.

Vide order dated 17.01.2023, petitioner was directed to furnish fresh demand draft of Rs.3,37,000/- in favour of respondent-Nathi @ Nathi Ram, before learned Appellate Court, within 10 days. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for petitioner has tendered a copy of order dated 30.01.2023, which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for respondent. Perusal of the same reveals that demand draft No.007414 dated VANDANA 2023.07.04 18:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-47569-2021 25.01.2023 in the name of respondent amounting to Rs.3,37,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank has been furnished on behalf of appellant/convict in compliance of previous Court order dated 17.01.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench. 4.

In the premise, no further proceedings are warranted. NonBailable Warrants are quashed. Petition is disposed of accordingly. 5.
