(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents has relied upon the affidavit Annexure 5/6 to contend that in view of the specific affidavit filed by the petitioner that if second extension is granted to the petitioner, he will not claim any interest on the delayed payment, therefore, petitioner is not entitled to any interest on the delayed payment.

In view of the aforesaid affidavit, the petitioner is not entitled for any interest on the delayed payment. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.
