Present writ petition has been filed inter-alia praying for quashing of the Clause No.3 of Public Notices dated 09.12.2020 and 11.12.2020 regarding uploading the 'ETT pass' certificate before counselling for appointment to the post(s) of Elementary Trained Teacher (ETT) on the basis of Advertisement dated 06.03.2020.

This Court while deciding a Batch of 4 writ petitions (CWP-3363-2021 titled as Daljit Kaur & others Vs. State of Punjab & others) vide order of even date, has quashed the above advertisement along with entire selection process, including provisional merit list.
