**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the promotion that has been given to persons junior to the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner herein is also qualified to be promoted, however, he has been ignored. In fact, the petitioner has represented to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 on the 25th January, 2017, however, to date the same is pending consideration. At the present moment, a limited prayer is made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that his representation (Annexure P-4) be decided as expeditiously as possible. In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to respondents Nos.

1 & 2 within a period of two weeks along with the certified copy of this order, who in turn, on receipt of the said representation, are directed to decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. In case, he is found entitled to the relief claimed, then the Satyawan 2017.04.
