(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to official respondents to conduct a proper, fair and impartial inquiry in the matter pertaining to his complaints Annexure P-10, P-11 and P-13.

The son of the petitioner had been married to one Rinku Kumari on 28.11.2017, but it appears that on account of some matrimonial discord they have been residing separately and the petitioner's daughter-in-law has also lodged FIR i.e. FIR No.41 dated 21.4.2021, Under Section 498-A, 323, 406 IPC.

- 2 - CRM-M-48165-2021 (O&M) The petitioner alleges that his daughter-in-law has taken forcible possession of a shop situated outside their house which the petitioner had earlier rented out and had even taken possession of house of the petitioner situated at Javeli Road, Badhra and although he had submitted a representation with the police, but no action has been taken thereupon. This Court finds that the matter basically arises out of some kind of matrimonial discord between the petitioner's son and his wife. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, the petition is disposed of with liberty to approach the Illaqa Magistrate and to move an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
