(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to grant regular timings to the petitioner to operate his route permit on the route Moga to Bathinda via Baghapurana, Nihal Singh Wala, Rampura route. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Navdeep Chhabra, Sr. D.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the claim of the petitioner shall be decided by respondent No.3 in accordance with law within two weeks from today.
