The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.3 to 5 not to harass the petitioners on the false and baseless application, Annexure P-1 moved by respondent No.6 and other persons in view of the inquiries reports, Annexures P-3, P-4 & P-6 already hold in favour of the petitioners.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
