(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the impugned orders dated 27.1.2015 (Annexure P-14) and 31.3.2016 (Annexure P-15), vide which, the pension of the petitioner for the services rendered in the Ist College was rejected.

On 3.5.2019, the respondents-State took time to deposit the requisite amount after completing the formalities as required by taking into consideration the services rendered by the petitioner in Dronocharya S.D. College, Gurgaon from 15.10.1969 till 21.8.1972 as qualifying service and to grant the petitioner the revised pensionary benefits. The status report was placed on record on 3.10.2019 and learned counsel for the petitioner took time to verify and go through the same.

Meanwhile, another status report dated 15.1.2020 has been filed today in Court. As per the status report, after adjusting the amount of ` 74,600/- the pension of the petitioner has been revised to ` 21,090/- w.e.f. 1.1.2006 and copy of the revised PPO dated 8.1.2020 is also placed on record as Annexure R/2.

CWP-6693-2017 -2In view of the above, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.

However, the benefits due to the petitioner be released as expeditiously as possible preferably within two weeks from today, if not already released.
